Pain is part of the process—but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. This module covers everything from medication and swelling to constipation and belly wraps. You’ll also learn practical strategies for rest, movement, and managing pressure during everyday activities.

MODULE #4

Getting Around – Safe Movement Strategies: 

Moving safely is key to healing well. Discover gentle, effective ways to navigate your home—from getting in and out of bed to tackling stairs and the toilet. This module empowers you to move with confidence and reduce strain on your healing body.

Scar Care: 

Learn to care for your scar with knowledge and kindness. This module offers a compassionate look at Cesarean scar healing, including anatomy, symptom management, desensitization techniques, and how to recognize complications.
